The location of these apartments is excellent, making it convenient for business travelers. It is close to popular sites such as Cerro Santa Lucia and Mercado Central, allowing easy exploration of the city. the rooms are spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, which is perfect for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. the complex offers a pool and gym to enjoy.
The reception being located on the 10th floor and the possibility of having your room in a different building within the complex can be a bit inconvenient.

It´s not typical hotel with reception, but apartment in the building. Everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful owner, who help us.
Only the problem was, the staff on reception didn´t speak any word english. But apartment owner Ricardo came and assisted with everything, so no problem at all.

The location of these apartments is excellent. They are within walking distance to many of the main attractions such as Cerro Santa Lucia, Cerro San Cristobal, Mercado Central, and Bella Artes. It was great to be able to explore the city on foot and not have to rely on public transportation. having a supermarket right behind the complex was really convenient for picking up snacks and groceries.
One negative aspect of my stay was the confusion with the reception. I was not informed that the reception was on the 10th floor, which made check-in a bit confusing and frustrating.

The owner was very friendly and showed me the facilities and left me his personal phone number in case I needed something. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Excellent value for the money.

The location of these apartments was absolutely perfect for our Christmas trip. We were within walking distance of all the main sites - the hill for stunning views, the art museum and the best restaurants in town. Plus, the complex had a supermarket right behind which made it easy to stock up for the holidays. Our apartment also had a kitchen, so we could cook up a Christmas feast. the gym and pool were also a great extra for working off all the holiday food.
The reception being on the 10th floor was a bit confusing at first, and our apartment was in a different building in the complex. But the staff were helpful in directing us.
